The Gobin Leadership Board is a group of nominated and elected Gobin Church members on an annual basis.
The Leadership Board’s mission is to provide intentional leadership in the interest of the community at Gobin Church. The board has general oversight of the administration and programming of Gobin Church; including, the Trustees team, Staff Parish Relations team, and Finance team.
The Leadership Board at Gobin Church is based on the Church Council structure established by the Book of Discipline of The United Methodist Church (the book of covenant, or rules) to “provide for planning and implementing a program of nurture, outreach, witness, and resources in the local church.”
