We’ve been talking about the Fruitful Congregations Journey for months now. FCJ is a process of church revitalization facilitated though the Church Development office of the Indiana Conference of the United Methodist Church. Gobin UMC is now in the midst of Step 2 of that process, which culminates in a consultation weekend November 13-15. At our 10:30am worship service on the 15th, we’ll hear the consultation report. This report will include 5 strengths, 5 weaknesses, and a 5-step Ministry Action Plan for the future. These are exciting times, and we hope you’ll join us on the 15th!
