Because we are located on the campus of DePauw University, we want to be a “home away from home” for college students.
In order to grow authentic community, students gather throughout the week and share a free catered lunch. At lunch groups, students answer the question “How is it with your soul?” a favorite of John Wesley, and another way of saying “How are you REALLY?”
Students are also involved with community outreach. They mentor in local schools and volunteer with our Transformers programs. They lead worship on Sunday mornings and during Campus Worship Nights.
Our Chapel Interns are DePauw students who use their gifts for ministry to serve in Gobin’s student ministries, from liturgy to social media and more. Chapel Interns for the 2019-2020 school year are Will Upham ’20, Bryce Taylor ’22, and Alayna Trier ’22.

Chapel Interns
Bible study and book groups meet Sunday mornings, with breakfast at 9am and small groups at 9:30am.
